It might be beneficial to occasionally publicize a simple checklist or reminder of common services offered online! That way, folks might realize they can renew things like dog licenses remotely, saving themselves a trip to the office. While I always appreciate seeing Gail’s (and any helpers’) friendly faces, online resources are helpful where possible.
