Simply Fitness with Annie
Tinmouth Community Center 573 VT-140, Tinmouth, VT, United StatesSimply Fitness will be conducting a strength training class weekly during June and July at the Tinmouth Community Center. Class will begin at 5:30. You can bring your own weights or they will be provided. This class will focus on making activities of daily living easier and toning women's trouble spots. Experience working with weights would be helpful. Six lessons for eighteen dollars or five dollars a class. No class July3rd. Call 446-2343 with questions.
